4 Week • Pole 101 Beginner Series

Pole dancing for beginners!

In this series we get comfortable moving around the pole with fundamental moves, learn pole safety and begin building strength to prepare you for levels classes.

What to wear: Shorts that expose your knee and thigh, a tank top & bare feet. No jewelry, zippers, velcro, belts, lotions or oils. No lingerie!

What to bring: water bottle, yoga mat

Classes for 18+ unless otherwise stated.

Pole Level 1

In Pole Level 1 classes you will begin to polish some of the new moves you learned in Pole 101 & add to it with many more spins, tricks, begin to learn to climb & build up your endurance.

If you find yourself on a waitlist for booking Level 1 classes, booking a private class and/or private lessons is always an option to bypass the waitlist.

Classes for 18+ unless otherwise stated. No lingerie allowed!

Prerequisite: Students must have graduated Pole 101 or are required to schedule a pole assessment by a Wonderland Instructor before booking.

Pole Level 2

In Pole Level 2 classes you will continue to polish the moves you’ve learned in Level 1 while adding many more spins, tricks, begin to master climbing, learn how to invert & how to operate your pole on spin.

Classes for 18+ unless otherwise stated. No lingerie allowed!

Prerequisite: Students must have graduated from Pole Level 1 or are required to schedule a pole assessment by a Wonderland Instructor before booking.

Pole Level 3

In Pole Level 3/4 classes you will continue to polish the abundance of moves you’ve learned in Level 2 while adding many more spins, tricks, begin to or master inverting & learn to combine moves together.

Classes for 18+ unless otherwise stated. No lingerie allowed!

Prerequisite: Students must have graduated from Pole Level 2 or are required to schedule a pole assessment by a Wonderland Instructor before booking.

Floor Flow

In this class we learn the fundamentals of sensual floor work while learning shoulder rolls, leg movements & body dives. This class is a perfect addition to your pole dancing journey to learn what to do when you reach the floor plus it’s an amazing workout!

What to wear: Wear whatever makes you feel sexy & confident! We strongly encourage you to wear leg warmers, thing high socks to help protect your legs and discourage not having something covering tops of your feet during this class. Knee pads are required. Pole heels are encouraged but not required. No jewelry, zippers, velcro, belts, lotions or oils.

What to bring: Knee Pads, water bottle & yoga mat.

Silks

In Silks classes you will learn to fly with fundamental to advance aerial silks moves.

What to wear: Leggings and a tank top are recommended. No jewelry, zippers, velcro, belts, lotions or oils.

What to bring: Water bottle & yoga mat.

Lyra aka Aerial Hoop
